LPL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
SERVICES PLATFORM

ST. LOUIS – November 22, 2022 –Commerce Financial Advisors, the retail brokerage and investment advisory division of Commerce Brokerage Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Commerce Bank, today announced it has agreed to join LPL Financial Institution Services platform. Commerce Financial Advisors comprises nearly 30 advisors across five states, who collectively serve $4.4 billion in brokerage and advisory assets through its collaboration with Commerce Bank and Commerce Trust. *

Commerce Bank and LPL Financial signed an agreement in November 2022 to transition support of the firm’s retail advisory and brokerage business to LPL Financial. Commerce Financial Advisors will onboard its brokerage and advisory assets to LPL’s Institution Services platform in the second half of 2023.
